Taylor Mayers

Owner & Personal Trainer of All Day Training. I have 16 years of experience and have devoted my life to making clients and athletes as fit as possible. I have a certification from The Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas, and I am also a Crossfit L-1 Coach​. Through the tireless process of trying new techniques and training methods, a variety of nutrition strategies, and making countless other tweaks to my own lifestyle over the last two decades, I’ve been able to figure out exactly what my clients need to achieve the body they want, and give them the best workout experience.

Jimmy

I have been involved with health and fitness for over 18

years! At the age of 16 I began a weight training program during my offseason basketball workouts. I eventually fell in love with resistance training and began studying different styles of training and conditioning. I obtained my personal training certification from The Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas, as well as eventually obtaining a CrossFit Level 1 Certification. I also served in the United States Air Force, where I served as a fitness coordinator. I strongly believe that fitness is a long-term way of life and more of a journey than a destination. Travis Capps

I love fitness but deep down its people that I genuinely care about, fitness is just a medium. All throughout my life I have participated in sports, even up to the elite level however over the past few years I've realized it was the natural leadership role I always developed that I loved so much. A role where I was in position to teach and help others become the best version of themselves possible. Now everyday I get to wake up and do exactly that through fitness.

Cole Heidel

During college, I continued my love for fitness through intramural sports. I graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science along with an all level teachers certificate and a minor in leadership studies.  Since graduating, I have found my true passion in coaching and developing young athletes.  I have made it my mission to not only help youth athletes succeed at the next level, but to make fitness as much a part of their lives as I have mine

Sherday Fallen

As a child, I played soccer up until high school. I have always had my foot in some form of taking care of the body. With my background in healthcare of 10 years, I am here to educate you on your body. In 2018 I personally started my weight loss fitness journey and knew I could help others. In 2020 is when I started my own fitness business Drip Fitness and due to COVID I instantly went from training in-person to virtually. I continue to educate myself to assure I provide the absolute best results. I believe fitness is health and the results is the reward!
